General Questions

• What is a Cover Create cover?

  A Cover Create cover is a personalised hard cover for your mobile phone.  You can create a personalised cover by uploading an image.  Once uploaded you can then reposition, resize or rotate your image.  Try getting a little creative with adding text or editing your picture.   Once you are happy with your design, check-out and pay for it.  Cover Create will we create and ship your personalised cover to you.

  A bit about the Cover Create's covers we use:

  • The covers we use are made from the highest quality plastic. 
  • The cover wraps around the edges of the phone.
  • The cover is a thin hard cover case.
  • We finsih the cover off with a smooth gloss to ensure the highest quality print design is created.
  • The technology we use actually embeds the design into the plastic.
  • Our covers offer great protection from everyday wear and tear, but if you're planning on throwing your phone at the wall or dropping it, it's not going to save your phone and it will scratch and damage your cover.  The Cover Create cover will provide the same protection that most standard covers provide, however the cover is not primarily designed to make your phone indestructable.
  • Each personalised cover is inspected after we have created it, this ensures the highest of quality product is shipped for you to enjoy.
• What kind of finish does the cover have?

  We use a smooth gloss finish, to ensure the highest quality print design.

• Will my case look exactly how I designed it?

  That's what we aim to do! We use a sophisticated process to produce high quality, true color prints. Due to potential differences between your monitor's colour calibration settings and our technology the colour you see on your screen and the colour on the case might not be exactly same. Don't worry though, everyone's monitors are different and your case will look great!

  Why not try to get to a little creative, once you have uploaded the image click on 'edit image'.  Here you can play around with your image, change the colour, add a border, and even red eye reduction!

• Does this case offer complete protection to my mobile phone?

  A Cover Create cover wraps around the sides of your mobile phone.  Covering the back as well as the sides.  It offers great protection against everyday wear and tear, but if you're planning on throwing your phone at the wall or dropping it, its not going to save your phone and it will scratch and damage your cover. 

  The Cover Create cover will provide the same protection that most standard covers provide, however the cover is not primarily designed to make your phone indestructable and you will need to care for your phone and the cover.

• What type of images can I upload?

  Our uploader accepts the following file types jpeg, gif, tiff, png, psd and pdf. If you are having problems please email Cover Create and one of the friendly team members will be more than happy to assist.

• How long does my order take?

  You should receive your order within 20 working days of placing the order.  The 20 working days begin from the time payment is received.  You can log into your account to check the status of your order at any time.  

• How much is shipping?

  Your personalised cover shall be sent to you via Australia Post at $4.95 per cover to all Australian locations.  We love internatinal orders, please email Cover Create for a price.

• Do you send overseas?

  We ship internationally, please contact Cover Create to obtain an international shipping charge via the contact page.

• How long do you keep my designs for?

  Cover Create will store your design for 30 days after you have created it.  After 30 days it is removed from our servers.  You will still be able to access your account at any time.

• I have forgotten my password.

  All you need to do is go to "Sign In" in the top right-hand corner of the webpage, click on "Sign In" and then click on "Forgot your Password".  Enter in the email address you specified when you created your account.  An email will be sent to this account with the account activation code.

• Do you guarantee your product?

  Yes we do.  All of Cover Create covers are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. However, our guarantee is not for the life of the product. As with most products, Cover Create covers are not indestructible.

  Therefore, our guarantee does not cover product damage that may result from normal wear and tear, mishandling, misuse or abuse of the product.  

  As part of our committment to Quality Assuarnce, we individually inspect each cover prior to shipping to ensure the best quality cover is shipped to you.

• I'm not happy with my Cover. What do I do?

  We want you to be happy. Returns may only be exchanged for replacements of the exact same cover with the exact same image. As your Cover Create cover is your own personal design and totally unique, we can't offer refunds on them.

  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please conatct us via our Contact Page within 14 days of your order receipt to explain why you are not happy with your cover. 

  Once we have confirmed we are able to accept your return, and process a replacement cover (exact same image and same cover), we will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#).  Please do not send a returned cover to Cover Create without contacting us for an RA#. 

  Each cover ordered from Cover Create is printed on-demand and especially for you. For this reason we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • You would like a different image on your cover
  • You have decided you want a different type of cover
  • You have made an error
• What is the print area on the cover?

  At Cover Create we offer a unique technology that allows the entire outer case to be printed on.  The entire main face and the sides will have a seemless wrap around print finish.  

• How does the cover sit on my phone?

  The cover is a thin hard plastic that simply snaps on to your phone.  The cover sits snuggly on your phone, you can hardly tell its there.  Apart from the cool design!

• I haven't received my order yet.

  We try and dispatch your order as soon as it is created.  It normally arrives within 5 business days from dispatch. However, this can take longer during busy times of the year such as Christmas period.

  We need to allow 1 month (20 business days) before we deem an order lost.  If you have any questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact Cover Create by email matt@covercreate.com.au or calling us on (03) 8376 6930.

Creating Your Cover

• How many images can I use to create my personalised cover?

  You can upload as many images as you like to see which one looks the best on your phone cover.  

  You can only use one image on a cover to create your design.

• What size image should I use?

  The higher the quality the better the image will be that is printed onto your cover.  The image should be at least 2000 pixels by 2000 pixels in 300DPI.  You will receive a warning if the image quality is too low. If you are having problems please contact us - we're happy to help out.

• What type of images can I upload?

  Our uploader accepts the following file types jpeg, gif, tiff, png, psd and pdf.

• How do I make my image bigger?

  Once you have selected the image you would like on your phone cover: 

  • to make the image fill the phone cover click on the the FILL BUTTON from the tools in the top right hand corner
  • or you can also click on the + ZOOM BUTTON from the tools in the top right hand corner
• I see a red line in the template

  The template indicates the main image print area.  The red line is the indicator for the edge of the cover before it bends to create the side of the cover.  The opaque area on the outside indicates the portion of the image that will be printed on the wrapped sides.
